Design, produce, and manage high-quality digital assets and manage website
Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia/ Graphic Design or related disciplines
5-day work week

Key Responsibilities:

Design, produce, and manage high-quality digital assets, including infographics, audio clips, motion graphics, and short-form videos, to support service delivery, public education, and social media engagement
Manage the Rehabilitation Division's website presence by designing, updating, and optimizing content to ensure a seamless and user-friendly digital experience
Provide creative design and production support for publicity events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns
Assist in the routine maintenance of legacy systems within the Division and conduct functional training sessions for end-users to ensure operational continuity
Handle any other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Information Design, Information Systems, or a related creative/technical discipline
Minimum of 1 year of solid experience in digital design, multimedia production, or a relevant field
Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or web CMS platforms)
Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Detail-minded, well organized and possess good interpersonal skills
Responsible, good team player and self-motivated
Immediate availability is highly preferred

The successful candidate will normally be appointed on contract terms. Renewal of contract will be subject to the service/operational needs of the department and the candidate’s performance.
