About Our Client

Our client is a large organization within the insurance industry, known for its innovative approach to technology and commitment to delivering high-quality services. Based in Hong Kong, they focus on leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences and business operations.

Job Description

Lead end‑to‑end project delivery from initiation and mobilization through execution for large‑scale digital and technology initiatives.
Work closely with project sponsors and business stakeholders to prepare business cases, secure governance approval, and drive execution.
Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Provide clear and structured reporting to senior management and steering committees.
Act as a key liaison between Business, IT, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and PMO teams.
Manage external vendors and delivery partners, including RFP, SOW preparation, delivery oversight, and performance management.
Coordinate offshore or outsourced delivery teams to ensure alignment with internal standards and objectives.
Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
Manage formal change management and governance processes, including required technical and production approvals.
Ensure project delivery aligns with regulatory, compliance, and internal control requirements.
Lead and support project team members, including contract and outsourced resources.
Foster cross‑project collaboration and continuous improvement in project delivery capability.

The Successful Applicant

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related disciplines.
8+ years of experience in project / program management, preferably within financial services, consulting, or large‑scale digital transformation environments.
Proven experience delivering complex digital or technology change initiatives.
Strong experience working with multiple stakeholders across business and IT.
Strong project governance, financial management, and delivery discipline.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage ambiguity, think strategically, and solve problems proactively.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments is an advantage.
Self‑driven and able to work independently in fast‑paced environments.
