SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER - logistics & forwarder (Tsing Yi / 5 days work)

We are a fast-growing artwork logistics business specializing in fine arts logistics and storage, providing secure transportation, professional installation, and collection management services for artworks and art exhibitions.
Our clients include art collectors, galleries, auction houses, museums, and art event organizers within the fine arts and high-value asset sectors.
The business forms part of a venture capital portfolio, supported by a long-established manufacturing group.

Role Summary

Perform day-to-day HR operations and office administration for the fine arts logistics unit.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, supports organizational growth, and helps foster a professional, people-focused culture in a niche and fast-evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

Report to the HR Manager and provide comprehensive HR and administrative support to the fine arts logistics operation.
Perform end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
Provide timely and effective support across the employee lifecycle, handling HR-related inquiries and issues professionally.
Coordinate recruitment activities, including sourcing, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and managing onboarding and offboarding processes.
Manage employee benefits and payroll-related processes, including leave administration, benefits enrollment, and reimbursement claims.
Support the renewal, administration, and termination of employee medical and other insurance policies.
Assist in reviewing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and internal standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data within the HRIS.
Organize and coordinate internal and external training sessions and workshops; develop and implement training initiatives related to occupational safety and anti-corruption.
Work closely with the Facility Manager on daily office administration, including inventory control, budgeting support, equipment maintenance, and courier services.
Collaborate as part of a Human Resources & Administration team of four members to support business needs and drive best practices.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
At least 10 years of HR experience.
HR experience gained in the logistics industry is a plus.
Proficient in English and Chinese.
Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related HR legislation
Experience or knowledge with ISO procedures is a definite advantage.
