Officer - Risk Management

Responsibilities

Update and manage the Group’s insurance programmes (excluding Employee Benefits & Motor).
Handle incidents reported to Head Office and provide follow-up support.
Assist in the implementation of the Risk Management Framework.
Act as an internal help desk for insurance and claims-related enquiries.
Source insurance proposals from brokers and/or insurers.
Assist in conducting internal risk assessments and maintaining the risk register.
Identify appropriate risk treatment measures and risk management tools.
Liaise with internal and external parties to collect information and documentation for risk management purposes.
Support the department head in responding to requests from Group companies on risk management, insurance, and claims matters.
Assist in KYC, trade compliance, project implementation and coordination within the department.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree holder or above.
ANZIIF qualification or equivalent is an advantage.
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in an insurance company or insurance broker of general insurance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external parties.
Self-disciplined, proactive, and able to work independently.
Intelligent, enthusiastic, and analytical.
Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
Diligent, innovative, and results-oriented.
Proficient in MS Office applications and GenAI tools.
Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese.
