Key Responsibilities:
• Certificate & Key Management: Oversee the end-to-end renewal process for SSL certificates and tokens, ensuring zero downtime and full audit compliance.
• Cloud Governance (Azure): Act as the gatekeeper for Azure provisioning, ensuring all requests strictly follow naming, tagging, and network security standards.
• Patching & Maintenance Lead: Spearhead the coordination of monthly server patching and security vulnerability remediation across the environment.
• Lifecycle Strategy: Proactively track and manage remediation for End-of-Life (EOL) and End-of-Support (EOS) hardware and software assets.
• Process Automation: Identify bottlenecks and leverage tools like Power Automate to streamline SOPs and operational governance workflows.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Experience: Approximately 3+ years in IT Infrastructure, Governance, or a PMO coordination capacity.
• Technical Knowledge: * Solid grasp of SSL certificate management and Microsoft Azure provisioning.
• Foundational understanding of server patching and basic networking (firewalls, ports, subnets).
• Tools: Proficiency in ServiceNow and a strong understanding of ITIL frameworks are highly preferred.
• Communication: Fluency in English, Cantonese, and basic Mandarin is essential for vendor and stakeholder management.
• Mindset: A proactive troubleshooter who values automation and continuous process improvement.
