Role Mission

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, full-spectrum HR role for HK office 30 staff members.
Ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations, fostering a positive workplace culture that attracts, develops, and retains talent.
Report to General Manager of Hong Kong office.

Role Summary

You will take ownership of the full-spectrum HR function for our 30-member Hong Kong team.
This role requires a versatile professional who can handle all HR tasks independently.
You will be the primary point of contact for our employees, ensuring that our people-centric policies are effectively implemented in an environment that prioritizes staff well-being.

Job Description

Execute full-spectrum HR operations for the 30-member Hong Kong office, including end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
Maintain and update the HR information and ensure all personnel records are kept in strict compliance with local labor laws and data privacy policies.
Oversee leave management, attendance tracking, and medical insurance administration.
Provide support in performance management, salary benchmarking, and the implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in reviewing and updating the Employee Handbook and internal policies to ensure alignment with regional best practices.
Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, promoting a supportive and inclusive working environment.

Ideal Candidate

Tertiary education holder, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
At least 3–5 years of solid, full-spectrum HR experience, preferably within a trading, sourcing, or multinational environment.
Thorough knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, and taxation requirements.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Proficient of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese/Putonghua).
A proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of communicating effectively across different levels and cultures.
