Zung Fu Company Limited is the exclusive retailer of Mercedes-Benz cars in Hong Kong and Macau and the exclusive retailer of Smart in Hong Kong. Since late 2003, Zung Fu has been appointed the exclusive distributor for Hyundai cars in Hong Kong. In the PRC, Zung Fu's operations cover 11 cities in Southern China. The Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jardine Motors Group, which is a member of the Jardine Matheson Group.

The Company now invites high caliber candidates for the following position:

Customer Contact Consultant (Customer Service) (6-month)

Job Description:

Providing warm welcome to customers, understand their needs and ensure the Best Customer Experience is achieved
Following up closely with customers and internal parties to ensure all service requests are being attended efficiently
Supporting marketing / promotional activities and perform administrative duties
Support ad hoc assignments arranged by managers

Job Requirements:

Experience in customer service / retail / aviation or hotel industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proactive and Positive working attitude Proficient in Microsoft Office
Willing to work on shift (5 days per week, Monday – Saturday)
Work locations: Chai Wan
Fresh Graduate will also be considered
