The HKAGE would like to offer practical work experience to full-time undergraduate students for the period from May to August 2026 in the following job scopes related to gifted education.

Corporate Services Division

Scope of work

1. Support public relations and communication activities such as preparing and implementing promotional campaigns on social media and corporate printed matters.
2. Support in daily accounting operations such as simple book-keeping and data entry.
3. Provide administrative support as required.

Requirement

a. Undergraduate students in Public Relations and Communications, Creative and New Media, English Language, Comparative Literature, Accounting, Marketing or Business disciplines
b. Knowledge of news media and social media applications;
c. A good team-player, detail-minded, good communication and interpersonal skills;
d. Demonstrate a positive attitude and responsible behaviours;
e. Be self-motivated and interested in collaborating with different people;
f. Well versed in using a variety of ICT packages (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic tools)
g. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and ideally Mandarin)
h. Experience in managing or creating content for social media platforms is an advantage.

Successful candidates are expected to attend to the intern service No more than 16 hours per week. (Exact work schedule is flexible and to be mutually agreed)
