IT Administrative Clerk

Responsibilities:

Perform all-rounded administration duties and secretarial support for the department
Monitor the IT helpdesk queue, categorize incoming requests, provide immediate technical support, and route complex issues to the appropriate IT engineers
Act as the primary administrative contact for IT vendors and service providers, managing contract renewals, license maintenance and renewal
Support the IT procurement process, including gathering vendors quotations, preparing payment vouchers, processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries for new IT equipment or software subscriptions, and handling and renewing contracts for head office & centres
Support inventory management of the department
Support team meetings and meeting setup, including agenda and meeting minutes writing
Keep IT operations manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system architecture documents organized and up to date. Maintain department’s documents and filing for all operations and correspondence
Perform other ad hoc projects and duties as required

Requirements:

Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related discipline
Minimum 2 years of solid working experience in administrative support with basic IT or technical duties
Good command of Chinese, English & Mandarin
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Self-motivated, well-organized, willing to learn and detail-minded
Strong problem-solving skills, sense of accountability and responsibility
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Hands-on experience using AI tools is a plus
Fresh graduate with bachelor's degree will also be considered
