Job Summary

Oversee retail operations including landlords relationships, sales, P&L, service quality, stock controls, security issues, staff training, coaching and staff management

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Formulate and drive business development plan to achieve KPIs
Provide assistance to senior management in planning, implementation, and evaluations of modifications to existing operations, systems and procedures
Drive product selection by providing advice on merchandising mix, pricing, sales performance and market needs on product assortments
Drive marketing team to provide effective marketing strategies and program / promotions to meet the business requirements
Monitor overall performance of the retail shops to maximize sales and profits and business opportunities
Manage the Profit & Loss, manpower planning and customer services standard
Ensure operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures as well as brand image
Monitor quality service standards and set targets for service improvement
Strengthening team professionalism in line with the brand image
Lead the operational team to formulate relevant training program and monitor the execution to achieve the desirable result

Requirements

At least 8 years’ relevant retail experience in fashion and streetwear industry
Experience in managing a sizable team from multiple stores is a must
Attentive to details, good numerical sense, interpersonal and people skills
Able to work under pressure
Proficient in Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Candidates with less experience can be considered as Senior Area Manager / Area Manager
