ACSA Management Trainee (MT) Program 2026

AEON Credit Service (Asia) Co. Ltd (“ACSA”) is launching our Management Trainee (MT) Program 2026, a structured and immersive 12-month development program designed to equip high-potential graduates with essential industry knowledge, practical skills, and leadership exposure in the financial services industry.

Key Dates

Application Deadline: 15 May 2026 (Friday)

Program Period: 1 September 2026 – 31 August 2027

You will learn, contribute, and grow alongside experienced professionals while gaining real business exposure throughout the program.

What You’ll Gain

Comprehensive Skills Training: Development in presentation, communication, fraud awareness, ESG, sustainability, and business fundamentals.
Hands-On Work Experience: Job rotations, branch attachments, and on-the-job training across multiple functions.
Real Business Exposure: Direct involvement in daily operations and practical workplace learning.
Engagement & ESG Involvement: Participation in ESG initiatives, staff events, and team-building activities.
Structured Support & Guidance: Continuous coaching, mentoring, performance feedback, and regular HR check-ins.

Program Streams

While you will rotate across different functions during the program and after its completion, you are welcome to let us know your preferred initial function stream as the starting point of your career journey with ACSA:

(1) Business Operations Stream: Gain insight into the full customer journey and frontline operations.

(2) Corporate Functions Stream: Strategic back-office support capabilities and develop project management.

👤 Who Should Apply?

We are looking for motivated university graduates who have:

Bachelor’s degree or above in: Business-related disciplines or Artificial Intelligence
Knowledge or research exposure in: AI concepts, tools, and business-relevant trends
Strong analytical and structured thinking
High learning agility and curiosity
Great passion and willing to take up challenge
Good presentation and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
