The Job

To conduct ongoing assessments on the operations of MPF trustees and their service providers with different regulatory tools such as on/off-site reviews and thematic examinations;
To liaise with MPF trustees to follow up issues identified from suspected non-compliances, complaint cases and enquiries;
To assist in the preparation of action plans, reports and other documentation in relation to supervision of MPF trustees;
To compile survey statistics and data, and conduct analysis for the purpose of management information and intelligence gathering; and
To perform other duties as assigned.

The Person

A recognized degree or equivalent;
At least four years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance, retirement schemes / pensions or audit; relevant experience gained from financial institutions, financial regulators or reputable consultancy / advisory firms is preferable;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
Mature, agile, proactive, open-minded and a good team player;
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and work effectively with other divisions;
Strong commitment to complete assigned tasks efficiently and manage multiple tasks before deadlines; and
Strong sense of mission and desire to develop a career in regulatory role.

Remuneration Package
A competitive remuneration and benefits package including a discretionary performance-linked variable pay, annual leave, medical, dental and life insurance coverage, and MPF will be offered. All new appointments will be made on a two-year fixed-term contract initially prior to consideration for appointment on a non-fixed-term basis.
