Job Description

Work under the direct supervision of Security Manager
Support event operations planning, include drafting event deployment plan, briefing notes and ensure successful delivery of services on time with quality and customer satisfaction
Investigate complaint case, prepare investigation report and improvement plan
Assist in managing budget planning and monitor event timeline
Provide support on general administration
Provide strategical insights of onsite operations to management
Perform any other duties as reasonably directed by your supervisors

Requirements

Irrespective of class of degree or discipline of study, must have at least 2 levels 4 or above amongst Chinese, English, Mathematics in HKDSE or equivalent academic result
Fresh graduates are welcome
An out-going team-player who is highly motivated, result-oriented, articulate and detail-conscious
Candidate does not need to possess Security Personnel Permit (SPP) before onboarding, but should hold SPP to pass the probation. Related expense will be borne by the company upon successful application
Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing
Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc

Career path and trainings offered

Systematic executive and leadership training program will be offered by the company and FSE group
A fast track to supervisory and management level for event operations. Promotion to junior management (Event Operations Supervisor/Assistant Manager) may take 1-3 years. Careers path of each individual trainee will very much depend on personal qualities and strengths
