Responsibilities:
- Provide all secretarial and administrative supports to Senior Management and Project Teams
- Liaise with heads of Project Team, staff members and external parties to facilitate communication and workflows and to ensure compliance with corporate policies and standard practices
- Assist in preparing documents and correspondence independently with prioritizing or advising as appropriate
- Handle sensitive and confidential information and uphold a high standard of integrity
- Participate in Project Management Meetings including preparation of agenda and minutes taking
- Handle general enquiries and service requests from both internal and external parties
- Handle ad hoc duties assigned by the Top/ Senior Management as assigned
Requirements:
- Holder of University degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Secretarial or equivalent
- At least 5 years relevant working experience
- Working experience in construction firm will be a definite advantage
- A good team player with ability to communicate with all levels of staff in Project Teams
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- With strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented and good interpersonal skills
- Able to handle multi-task and priorities work load within specified timeline
- Good PC knowledge and strong in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate available is preferred
