How you will make an impact:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the delivery of exceptional service quality to the clients
- Identify and capture the business opportunities within the portfolio; set clear objectives and guide the team to achieve company targets and financial goals

What we are looking for:
- Degree in Business, Engineering or related field with leadership experience;
- With supervisory experience in leading team in field work;
- Board knowledge on Alarm, CCTV, Access Control and other Security Systems is an advantage;
- Proven track record of driving operational improvements and achieving business objectives;
- Commitment to people development and organizational growth;
- Independent and multi-tasking, able to prioritize work strategically and according to business needs;
- Excellent communication skills in both Cantonese and English;
