Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel located at Wong Chuk Hang is currently hiring an Administrative Officer - Sales & Marketing.

Responsibilities include:

Provide full scope of secretarial support to the Engineering department
Coordinate with different departments and business partners to support the daily operation of Engineering
Administer correspondence, manage incoming calls, emails and mails promptly and in a courtesy manner
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality or related discipline
Previous related working experience in Hotel of similar capacity is preferred
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, well-organised and with cheerful and friendly personality
Proficient in MS applications
