Energy Project Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

Create, maintain and handle project documents, in line with the process flow, including but not limited to presentations, quotations, meeting minutes, emails, invoices, delivery notes, and progress reports.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to process related payments.
Communicate and send notifications to external parties, including contractors, users, and related parties.
Assist Energy Project Managers/Engineers with project reports preparation.
Facilitate project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
Prepare project-related documents, including work permits, safety forms, and attendance lists, etc.
Assist in installation of measurement tools or technology for energy projects.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company based on business needs.

Requirements:

Immediately available is highly preferred.
2 years' relevant experience or above in administrative work.
Bachelor’s degree in Administration or any related disciplines is preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) qualification is considered an advantage.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese).
Computer literate.
Strong proficiency in MS Office and related project management tools.
Possess a “can-do” attitude and be team oriented.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating integrity and a high level of confidentiality.
