Part-time Customer Service Officer (Document Verification/Cashier) – Insurance, Non-Sales

Salary: $80/hour for weekday
$90/hour for weekend/ public hoilday
(with attn bonus $90/$100)
Working location: (TST, KT, Airside, Fortness Hill)
Monday – Sunday (including Public Holidays), 9am - 6pm
3~4 working days per week

Job Description:

Handle Card payment, Cash payment, Cheque/ Bank-draft payment collection when necessary.
Input information into system and issue an official receipts.
Assist in in daily reconciliation and other administrative duties.
Processed documentation and verified information to ensure accuracy.
Handled reception tasks such as directing inquiries to the appropriate departments and taking messages as needed.
Attend to customers/ agents/ brokers’ basic enquiries related to Cashier.

Requirements:

DSE or above; fresh graduates are welcome.
Good manners and communication skills.
Mature, polite, and independent.
Strong interpersonal skills and client service orientation.
Native Cantonese speaker, with a good command of Mandarin and standard English.
Able to handle emergency and high-pressure situations.
