Our subsidiary, Goodwill Management Limited (PMC licence (C-874426)), continuously dedicates to providing excellent and valued-added property management services for our landlords and customers and now invites high caliber candidates for the position of :-

Responsibilities:

Assist Site-in-charge to provide all round property management services by managing & overseeing customer services and daily operations of properties
Maintain good relationship with tenants by rendering prompt services at all times
Manage and monitor the performance of contractors, suppliers and service providers
Handle complaints and emergency incidents

Requirements:

Degree holder, preferably in Property Management or other related disciplines
Holder of professional qualification (e.g. MCIH, MHKIH, etc.) or eligible to hold the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence
Minimum 5 years' experience in management of Grade-A office building
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Strong leadership with good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Property Officer
