Our client, a prestigious European Private Bank with a global footprint, is committed to a progressive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. They are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (Associate Director / Director) with a strong focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and strategic HR advisory. This is a unique opportunity to join the team, influence organizational culture, and drive growth.

Role Description:

As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the leadership team and managers to deliver expert HR guidance, spearhead effective talent acquisition efforts, and promote a positive and engaging employee experience. This role combines strategic collaboration with hands-on HR operational responsibilities, supporting the organization’s goals while ensuring the attraction, development, and retention of top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Fostering strong employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, talent acquisitions, HR operations & support, and serving as a strategic advisor to managers on best practices within human resources. The HR Business Partner will work closely with leadership to promote an inclusive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

With 10+ years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist with a strong focus on talent acquisition and employee relations, gained within the Banking and Financial Services sectors.
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent command of both written & spoken English and Chinese is essential.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP, or relevant regional credentials) are an advantage.
