We are looking for a Business Process Officer to drive continuous improvement by evaluating, optimizing, and automating business processes across the organization. This role partners with cross‑functional teams to enhance efficiency, productivity, and strategic alignment.
What You'll Do:
- Analyze and document workflows; identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Lead process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Re‑engineer workflows and support automation using proven methodologies
- Design simple End-User Computing (EUC) tools to enable employee‑led automation
- Implement changes, support adoption, and provide training
- Track performance using KPIs to improve service levels and reduce costs
- Ensure initiatives align with long‑term business strategy
What We Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Experience in business process, project management, or operations
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks
- Proficiency in Excel‑based tools (Macros/Visual Basic Applications a plus)
