Position Overview

Reporting to the CFO Office, this role is responsible for managing full-spectrum accounting and financial administration for designated private investment entities under corporate oversight. The position operates as an independent contributor within a lean structure and requires strong technical accounting capability, high integrity, and discretion. You will oversee daily accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy and compliance, and coordinate with external auditors and professional advisors to support structured financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-set accounting for designated private investment entities, including general ledger, accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliation, expense processing, and month-end and year-end closing
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal controls
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules for review by the CFO Office
Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and professional service providers to support annual audits and statutory reporting requirements
Monitor cash flow positions, manage payment arrangements, and support ad-hoc financial analysis or reporting requests as required

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
Minimum 10 years of solid accounting experience with strong full-set accounting capability
Experience handling private investment structures, holding companies, or family office environments is an advantage
Hands-on, independent, mature, and highly trustworthy with strong attention to detail
Comfortable operating in a lean environment with high accountability and confidentiality requirements
Strong written and spoken Mandarin skills are required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders across regional teams and headquarters
Proven stable work track record in Hong Kong
