How you will make an impact:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant Officer to join our Retail Leasing team. In this role, you will play a hands-on part in shaping our vibrant retail portfolio, from curating exciting tenant mixes to managing end-to-end leasing operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic, proactive professional to accelerate their career, build strong industry relationships, and drive impactful leasing strategies.
- Manage End-to-End Leasing: Oversee daily leasing operations and administration for our retail portfolio, ensuring a seamless experience for tenants from initial inquiry through to site inspection and final handover.
- Drive Business Growth: Proactively conduct direct marketing, cold calling, and market research to identify emerging trends and attract exciting new retail brands to our properties.
- Execute Leasing Transactions: Confidently handle negotiations for new lettings and tenancy renewals, while drafting compelling rental proposals, offer letters, and tenancy agreements.
- Deliver Market Insights: Prepare accurate rental forecasts, comprehensive leasing reports, and market analyses to support the team's strategic decision-making.
- Foster Tenant Relationships: Act as a primary point of contact for leasing inquiries, delivering excellent customer service and building strong, long-lasting partnerships with retailers.
- Support Strategic Initiatives: Take on ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by management, gaining broad exposure and valuable experience across the property business
What we are looking for:
- Degree holder Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in property leasing, ideally within the retail or commercial sector.
- Highly proactive, customer-oriented, and genuinely passionate about the retail and real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently pitch and negotiate with prospective tenants.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with leasing management software or systems is a distinct advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including fluency in Mandarin
