Company Overview

We are a small toys trading company with over 30 years history in Hong Kong, serving the South American market with reliable China vendor partnerships.

Role Summary

Provide professional merchandising services to South American clients.
Manage toy orders from sourcing through to on-time shipment completion, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and China factories.
Based in Hong Kong with very few China trips required.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional merchandising service to South American clients
Liaise with South American clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues.
Communicate with China vendor factories for toy production planning, quality control, and delivery schedules.
Follow up toy orders end-to-end: sourcing, sampling, production monitoring, documentation, and shipment.
Monitor costs, timelines, and quality to meet client expectations and deadlines.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and client satisfaction.

Ideal Candidates

Merchandising experience in toys, seasonal items, gifts & premiums, home decoration, or sundries
Proficient in English (written/spoken) for client coordination.
Proficient in Mandarin for China factory communication.
Familiarity with China vendor management and export processes.
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
