In this role, you will support the compliant operations of Chinachem Group’s corporate governance. This includes handling company secretarial duties for the Group’s entities, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.

How you will make an impact:

Handle full range of company secretarial matters in relation to private companies in different jurisdictions
Prepare and arrange statutory fillings and maintain proper statutory records
Liaise, negotiate and coordinate with various internal and external parties involved regarding company secretarial and statutory compliance matters
Coordinate and assist in bank accounts opening and other KYC and compliance issues with banks
Maintain up-to-date corporate records.
Assist in administrative work and ad hoc assignments from time to time

What we are looking for:

Degree holder, preferably in Corporate Governance or a related discipline.
HKCGI student but not essential
With 1 to 2 years of solid experience gained from listed companies/in-house/professional firm in company secretarial duties
Good command of English & Chinese (oral & written)
Good knowledge of computer skill e.g. CSA, Excel, MS Word, Chinese Word-processing, etc.
Pleasant, hardworking, self-initiated, willing to learn and independent
Well-organized, self-disciplined and detail-oriented
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
