Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily ordering, performances of suppliers and products
Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers and warehouse team
Maintain, complete and update purchasing records/data in the system
Maintain, complete and update stock count/PRJ records/data in the system
Work closely with users to ensure delivery of materials
Perform other duties as assigned or required by the supervisor

What prerequisites must be met for us to like you?

Diploma holder or above in any discipline
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Good command of spoken Cantonese and English
Knowledge of in Food and Recipe
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
