Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer – Energy Services

Key Responsibilities

Energy Consulting: Conduct energy assessments, measurement and verification (M&V), and retro-commissioning in line with local HK guidelines.
Technical Analysis: Utilize data analytics to optimize energy-using systems, particularly in large-scale commercial property management.
Solution Deployment: Carry out on-site/off-site deployment and manage vendors/contractors for successful deployment
Compliance & Reporting: Guide clients through regulatory requirements, including energy auditing and reporting, often focusing on building energy efficiency.
Feasibility Study: Create business cases for energy efficiency improvements, such as retrofitting HVAC, new technologies, and renewable energy solutions etc.

Job Requirements

Education: Degree in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, Energy Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in energy consulting, sustainability management, or facilities management.
Qualification: Possesses of CEM, CMVP, PMVA, RCx Practitioner (Level 1/2) or RCx Pro will be an advantage
Skills: Familiarity with HK energy codes and proficiency in data driven simulation software.
