Po Leung Kuk is a well-established charitable organization in Hong Kong and has been serving the local community for more than 148 years. The Kuk provides diversified social services including education, welfare and recreation to the general public.

We invite high caliber personnel to apply for the following position:

Project Officer(Ref: PO)

Po Leung Kuk Education Affairs Department has launched a project of implementing positive education in our secondary schools from 2024 to 2027. The successful candidate will be required to

Assist in organizing meetings and sharing sessions, preparing minutes, correspondence, reports and training materials, and developing publication materials
Work close with Education Psychologists
Assist in school trainings
Undertake other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for majors in Psychology, Management/Administration or related fields
Relevant experience in NGO or school administrative work will be an advantage
Good written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrate a good sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
Proficiency in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
