We are now looking for a talented Handover Ambassador to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Manager, Residential Projects, the incumbent will be appointed for the new development, The Headland Residences (THR). The Handover Ambassador will be responsible for supporting the Residential Sales team in the comprehensive management of takeover and handover processes. The Handover Ambassador will also assist in overseeing and conducting defect inspections, re-inspections and rectification for the development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Takeover Services

Conduct defect inspections in accordance with the customised checklist
Complete the checklist to facilitate further liaison with the contractors, Projects team for the rectification works
Carry out re-inspections upon completion of the defect rectification works
Perform ad-hoc duties when necessary

2) Handover Services

Support the full spectrum of handover operations, including unit handovers as well as preparing documentation and reports.
Engage with new owners and provide assistance on all handover-related matters
Execute administrative duties and provide general support to the team
Prepare and deliver handover kits and associated materials to the residential units
Conduct preliminary inspections and coordinate upkeep activities prior to handover to owners
Follow up on the rectification requests submitted by owners
Perform additional duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma holder or above in Property Management / Real Estates / Hospitality or related disciplines
Holder of valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate is an advantage
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in unit takeover and handover, and defect rectification works. Candidates with experience in leading a team is an advantage.
Experience in property management with familiarity in BMO, DMC, and PMSO is an advantage.
Exhibit a strong customer-centric mindset, be flexible, detail-oriented, responsible, and a collaborative team member
Capable of performing under pressure and resolving complaints professionally
Willing to work on shifts (typically 5-day work per week, 9-hour per shift)
Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
Good PC skills on MS Office and communication application
Immediate availability is preferred
