Ideal Candidates 理想人選
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing or related disciplines學士學位或以上，主修工程學、製造業或相關學科者優先考慮。
- Minimum 5 years of factory management experience in plastic or electronic product manufacturing
- 至少5年塑膠或電子產品製造業的工廠管理經驗
- Experience in sensor, electronic parts, or related manufacturers is an advantage
- 具備感應器、電子零件或相關製造商經驗者優先
- Expertise in managing factory production, quality assurance, cost control, and HR operations
- 精通工廠生產管理、品質保證、成本控制及人力資源運作
- Familiarity with quality standards and operational models of European, American, and Japanese clients
- 熟悉歐洲、美國及日本客戶的品質標準及營運模式
- Proven experience in client audits and direct client engagement

- Strong cross-functional communication skills across all organizational levels

- Solid understanding of legal, financial, and industry compliance risks

- Ability to establish and implement risk management mechanisms

- Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin

Key Responsibilities 工作職責
- Support the CEO in overseeing factory operations in Guangzhou and Vietnam
- 協助CEO監督廣州及越南工廠的營運
- Drive production process optimization, efficiency, and product quality improvements
- 推動生產流程優化、提升效率及改善產品品質
- Monitor and manage key cost indicators to enhance operational efficiency
- 監控及管理主要成本指標，以提升營運效率
- Identify operational risks and develop contingency plans
- 識別營運風險並制定應變計劃
- Prepare and present regular business analysis reports to the CEO
- 編制並向CEO匯報定期業務分析報告
- Participate in strategic decision-making, offering data-driven insights and recommendations
- 參與策略決策，提供數據驅動的見解及建議
