Key Responsibilities 主要職責

Act as the company’s quality representative, defining, implementing and upholding group quality standards.
擔任公司的品質代表，負責制定、落實並維護集團的品質標準。
Lead the continuous improvement of quality systems, procedures and control plans across business units and sites.
主導各業務單元及生產基地的品質體系、流程及管制計劃的持續改進。
Provide direction, coaching and development to BU Quality Engineers to enhance team capability and performance.
為各業務單元品質工程師提供指導、培訓及發展支持，提升團隊能力與績效。
Work closely with customers on quality requirements, including early involvement in DFM, FMEA and CER review and approval.
與客戶緊密合作，落實品質要求，包括在 DFM、FMEA 及 CER 審核和批准等早期階段積極參與。
Lead root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues, including customer complaints and feedback.
主導品質問題（包括客戶投訴及反饋）的根本原因分析，並推動糾正及預防措施的制定與執行。
Oversee and control the ECN process, and drive effective analysis of quality issues arising from engineering changes.
統籌及管控 ECN 流程，推動對工程變更引發的品質問題進行有效分析。
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and drive sites to consistently提升 product quality.
推動持續改進文化，帶領各生產基地不斷提升產品品質。

Ideal Candidates 理想人選

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical, Quality or related
持有工程、技術、品質或相關學科之學士學位
Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in quality management, preferably within EMS / electronics manufacturing.
具備至少 10 年品質管理相關工作經驗，擁有 EMS / 電子製造行業經驗者優先。
Solid knowledge of SPC and quality management systems (e.g. ISO standards); experience in system implementation and improvement is an advantage.
熟悉 SPC 及品質管理體系（如 ISO 標準），具備體系導入及持續改進經驗者優先。
Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and sites.
具備出色的溝通能力、領導力及跨部門、跨基地協作和影響能力。
Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
良好的中英文（普通話及英語）。

Terms & Benefits 條款及福利

Work location: Shenzhen factory
工作地點：深圳工廠。
Work schedule: 5-day work week.
工作時間：每週五天工作制。
Accommodation and meals provided by the company.
公司提供住宿及膳食。
Annual leave: 10 working days.
年假：10 個工作日。
Occasional business trips to other sites in Mainland China and Vietnam as required.
需視工作需要，不定期前往中國內地及越南其他生產基地出差。
