Leisure working environment in Discovery Bay

Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing all improvement, renovation, alteration and repair works of the common facilities and utilities
Assist manager to procure consultants & contractors for execution of renovation and R&M works, including all documentation, initial analyzing and payment processing
Supervisor contractors’ execution of renovation and R&M works and mainly monitor the progress, quality and workmanship
Assist to supervise in-house technicians to carry out job orders and resolve their problems / enquiries

Requirements:

Degree/Higher Diploma holder in Civil / Building / Surveying / Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in infrastructure / building construction or consultancy, addition and alteration, renovation and installation of building facilities and utilities, preferably in large scale residential estates
Knowledge/ experience in quantity surveying, contract management, term contract, repair and maintenance, auto-cad and building information modelling will be an advantage
Self-motivated with analytical mind and good interpersonal skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Officer – Technical

Work Location: Discovery Bay
