Available for work around 16 hours per week

Key Job Responsibilities:

As an intern, you will play a vital role in both the presentation of our products and the execution of our marketing strategies. Your tasks will include:

Product Listing & Merchandising

Listing Management: Assist with SKU setup, product categorization, and maintaining logical product families.
Content Optimization: Add and update product titles, specs, images, videos, and ingredients.
SEO & Copywriting: Write and edit SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions to improve Google visibility and site search.
Quality Control: Monitor internal dashboards to ensure all product listings are complete, accurate, and consistent with branding.
Market Research: Conduct research projects to identify trending products in the market.

Digital Marketing & Promotion

EDM Marketing: Assist in creating and updating engaging content for email campaigns.
Affiliate & CRM: Maintain promotion-related info on affiliate networks and support loyalty program execution, including data analysis and reporting.
Campaign Support: Assist in setting up promotional rules and updating marketing materials for the website.
Ad Hoc Support: Provide assistance for various marketing tasks and new brand/campaign launches as needed.

Desired Skills and Experience

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Photoshop is a significant plus.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
A strong interest in the eCommerce, Beauty, and Fast-Fashion industries.
Prior experience with any eCommerce backend system is highly regarded.
Must be available to work approximately 16 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
