The Senior Property Manager will play a key role in overseeing a top commercial property. This role requires strong expertise in managing opening of the operations.

Description

As a Senior Property Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the planning and execution of new property opening operation.
Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards throughout the development process.
Providing strategic recommendations to improve project efficiency and outcomes.
Monitoring and addressing potential risks and challenges in a proactive manner.
Leading and mentoring a team to achieve project objectives.
Reporting project progress and results to senior management and relevant parties.

Profile

A strong background in property management.
Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial or retail property.
Excellent knowledge of regulations and standards.
Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
A degree in a relevant field such as property management, or real estate.
