1 Global Sales
- Providing administrative support to the department leader and team, preparing reports and correspondence to coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, managing calendars, attending meetings, maintaining files.
- Assisting with event organization and inventory management.
2 Revenue Cluster (HK)
- Serve as an inventory and restriction expert to person performing the business evaluation and revenue analysis functions.
- Prepares forecasts of revenue, profit, demand and occupancy for rooms and function space.
3 Revenue Management & Global Sales Analytics
- Assist in reporting data to stakeholders, provide analytical support for data-driven insights, and collaborate across departments to execute revenue management initiatives.
- Assist in creation of reports and dashboards for deeper analysis required to determine factors that impact performance and provide analytical support to Revenue Management leadership.
4 Greater China Operations
- Conduct market research and contribute to business strategy development.
- Coordinate data collection, perform data analysis, and prepare reports and presentations for senior leaders.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
5 Luxury Brand Marketing & Management
- Support luxury brand team in various marketing initiatives, programs & administrative projects.
- Assist with market research, information collection, consolidation, design, and preparation of statistical reports as well as various ad-hoc projects.
- Support events management, coordinate ad-hoc requests, and liaise with event, brand, and PR agencies.
6 Global Design Greater China
- Research in interior design related topics – potential ID consultants, AI in interior design application and ID related initiatives exercise.
- Assist on desktop reviews and participate in on site project meeting or inspection.
- Assist Project Management Office in managing consultants and consultant services.
7 Development Planning & Financial Analysis
- Conduct regular updates of analytical models (i.e. facilities criteria model, pro forma model, supply & demand model, etc.).
- Gather and maintain industry and competitor intelligence.
- Liaise with various disciplines within the organization such as Revenue Management and Finance for existing property financial/ operating intelligence.
8 Accounting
- Responsible for supporting the accounts payable function, validating documentation for month-end closing.
- Conducting workshop accounting tasks and fulfilling diverse administrative assignments.
9 Financial Reporting
- Assist in financial reporting and analysis. Also support ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
- Assist in reviewing hotels’ performance against proformas.
- Assist in developing and analyzing management and financial reports.
10 Greater China Strategy & Planning
- Provide project management and analytical support for large, complex, cross-function implementation projects.
- Support implementation of Greater China initiatives with minimal oversight.
- Provide analytical support for large, complex, cross-function transformational projects.
- Supports cross-functional teams comprised of discipline experts from Loyalty, Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance, and senior leadership in Greater China to meet project objectives and goals on time and on budget.
11 Legal
- Support various legal learning and development initiatives for regional offices and 580+ properties in the Greater China region.
- Assist with creating resources and templates for legal and compliance training and business communication.
- Edit and proofread written documents (e.g. daily logs, business letters, memoranda, reports, etc.) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
12 IT Office Support
- Providing onsite IT support to associates in our Hong Kong office.
- Assist with troubleshooting technical issues, software installations, and network configurations.
- Handle administrative tasks related to IT operations.
13 Digital Platforms
- Support on Traditional + Simplified Chinese website launch: track project progress and engage in UAT testing.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders based in Hong Kong, Mainland China and US.
Basic Qualification and Requirements
- Students who are currently attending an internationally recognized university (international students are welcome, the company will sponsor the training visa).
- Available to work full-time for 6 months from January/February 2026 - July/August 2026.
- Language: Strong command of written and spoken English, ability to write and communicate in Chinese is a plus for a particular team.
- Teamwork: Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
- Highly self-started, motivated individual who thrives in a multi-tasking, fast paced environment.

Expected Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
