The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides operational and administrative support across the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while also supporting core HR administration processes, including onboarding, employee engagement coordination, and personnel documentation management.

This role is critical in ensuring recruitment processes are efficient, compliant, and candidate-centric, while maintaining high standards of HR governance and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Coordination

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration, including:
Job posting across recruitment portals and social platforms
CV screening support and candidate shortlisting coordination
Interview scheduling (panel, virtual, in-person)
Assessment logistics (task setting, reference checks, documentation)
Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS / HRIS systems.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, pipeline tracking).
Ensure recruitment documentation complies with internal policies and safeguarding standards.
Prepare offer letters and employment documentation for review and approval.
Support proactive talent pipelining and database management.
Liaise with hiring managers to ensure smooth candidate experience and timely feedback.

2. Onboarding & Employee Administration

Coordinate onboarding processes including:
Pre-employment checks (background checks, qualification verification, references)
Contract issuance and documentation collection
Monitor orientation scheduling and logistics
Ensure statutory documentation compliance (e.g. visa, work permits)
Create new employee records in HRIS.
Other ad hoc HR operational support

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration.
Experience supporting multi-stakeholder recruitment processes preferred.
Familiarity with HRIS / ATS systems.
Understanding of basic employment law and compliance principles is an advantage.
