Responsibilities
• Take charge of the Group's finance and treasury activities, overseeing day-to-day accounting and cash management. • Manage the full financials for the Group and its subsidiaries in Hong Kong, China and the US, including statutory and management reporting, analysis and tax matters. • Work closely with the Senior management to execute the Group's overall financial roadmap, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions. • Lead and mentor a sizeable finance team across Hong Kong and Shenzhen, ensuring smooth operations and strong collaboration. • Design, enhance finance policies, procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. • Act as a key contact for banks, external auditors and tax professionals. • Support special projects as required by management.
Requirements
• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or similar disciplines. • Recognised professional qualification is required, e.g. CPA. • At least 10 years of relevant experience from Big 4 audit firms and/or Hong Kong companies (manufacturing/ trading is a plus). • Solid track record in managing finance teams in China is essential. • Experience in rolling out finance systems will be a strong plus. • Hands-on, strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, leadership and people management capabilities. • Excellent communication, proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
