Job Highlights:

The Assistant Officer, Sales & Marketing will work closely with the team to support the sales and marketing activities of assigned projects. You will work with internal teams, departments and external vendors, property agents, surveyors and stakeholders in property field.

Responsibilities:

Assist in preparation and execution of marketing materials for sales launches and promotional events.
Ensure all marketing materials and sales tools are in comply with internal audit guidelines, the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance and related regulations, etc.
Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials.
Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to promote properties.
Carry out occasional on-site work for sales launch activities when necessary.
Support other ad hoc duties as needed, including marketing research, new marketing initiatives, etc.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Marketing or related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years' relevant experience, preferably gained from property developer.
Relevant experience in handling MTRC or URA projects is highly preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsible, good organization skills and attention to details.
