Location: Tsimshatsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong

Position Overview:

We are seeking an Assistant Accountant to support the daily operations of our finance team. This role offers hands‑on exposure to accounting activities, including cash management, accounts receivable processing, and month‑end closing. It is well suited for early‑career professionals who are eager to learn and develop their skills in a structured corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support cash management activities and assist with cash forecasting
Data input related to cash transactions
Run and monitor daily bank balances via online banking portals
Apply cash receipts to Oracle AR trade invoices
Create credit notes for promotional rebates related to sales invoices
Assist in monthly financial closing
Maintain and update customer and supplier master files in the Oracle system
Perform ad‑hoc accounting tasks as assigned
Provide backup support for general administrative duties on as-needed basis

Candidate Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience
Good understanding of fundamental accounting principles
Proficient in MS Office 365, especially Excel (functions and formulas)
Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems is an advantage
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
