Contract period: 6 months

Office Hour: Mon - Fri

Requirement:

Candidates shall have basic computer knowledge including English word processing and possess

the following qualification:

i) candidates shall at least have Grade E or above in five (5) subjects including Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent

Duties:

(i) To perform documents preparation work for processing of applications, including sorting of documents of different case natures in prescribed manners, etc.;

(ii) To index and scan applications into the computer system, and to conduct quality check on the scanned document images;

(iii) To index e-submission applications into the computer system;

(iv) To classify the scanned document images into different categories in the computer system;

(v) To handle record checks and document/file retrieval requests;

(vi) To operate the letter management system;

(vii) To assist filing duties including preparing the indexing card for filing, arranging files in order according to their references, making record on files retrieved and file movements, packing documents and files into carton boxes, etc.;

(viii) To perform file dispatch duties and to support the preparation work prior to disposal of files;

(ix) To entertain requests for information from user sections over the telephone;

(x) To perform any other clerical duties as may be required.
