Job Summary

This position oversees club facilities, grounds, and building services installations. A strong proven experience in contracting and management in various scales of projects is essential.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage club facilities, grounds, and building services installations, ensuring they are functional, safe, efficient and compliance with statutory requirements, club policies, and standards
Lead, manage and supervise in-house maintenance team and/or service providers to maintain day to day operation, perform breakdown repair and maintenance, as well as preventive/planned maintenance works
Communicate, liaise and manage consultants, contractors, suppliers and other service providers to ensure the quality service was provided
Plan, prepare and manage projects, including, alteration, improvement, repairing and maintenance, etc., from inception to handover, to ensure the design and works meeting requirements on scope, time, cost and quality
Study and interpret the needs and problems. Establish and prepare design, scope and requirements for potential projects. Conduct feasibility study, plan for suitable project strategies and prepare solutions with viable options
Prepare project proposal with necessary information including project plan, schedule, budget, etc. for approval
Plan and manage budgets for operational and projects, monitor spending, and handle procurement and payment processes
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as power consumption, and provide regular reports on facility status, maintenance activities, and project progress
Handle other tasks or assignments as assigned by General Manager or Club Management

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience
Experience in Hotel / Club house operation and licensing would be an advantage
Bachelor’s degree or above in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Building Surveying or other related disciplines.
HKIE, HKIS or other equivalent profession qualifications would be an advantage
Extensive knowledge of building regulations, maintenance management, and related technologies.
Proven experience in contracting and management in various scales of project
Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and independent work skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
Experience in liaison with various Government Authorities (e.g. Leisure and Cultural Services Department, Home Affairs Department, Buildings Department, etc.)
Registration of Electrical Worker Grade B would be an advantage
Immediate availability or short notice period would be an advantage
