Are you looking to be part of revolutionizing online shopping behaviour and experience?
We are a well-esteemed eCommerce company that operates multiple eCommerce websites internationally. We are now looking for potential talent to help us expand our new business worldwide and to set up and manage an eCommerce business team of beauty products.

Key Job Responsibilities: 

Loyalty Program Management & Operations: Own the day-to-day execution and accuracy of the loyalty program, including point accruals/burn, tier benefits, member pricing, and VIP access.
Membership Benefit Coordination: Ensure all loyalty benefits (e.g., free shipping thresholds, birthday gifts, exclusive access) are implemented correctly and deliver a seamless member experience.
Campaign Support: Cross-team collaboration with the Digital Marketing team to build and execute targeted communications that promote program benefits, tier upgrades, and member milestones.
Reporting & Insight: Monitor core loyalty program health metrics, e.g. membership growth, tier distribution, points redemption rate & benefit utilization. Provide insights to optimize program rules and benefits.
Issue Resolution: Act as a key point of contact for resolving member-related issues regarding the loyalty program, working with customer service to ensure member satisfaction.

Desired Skills and Experience: 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or e-commerce. Experience in the beauty industry is a strong advantage. Less experienced candidates may be considered for the Assistant role.
Basic analytical skills with a data-driven mindset; able to translate metrics into actionable recommendations.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Familiarity with CRM platforms or marketing automation tools (e.g., Bloomreach, Klaviyo, Braze, Yotpo, Talon.One) is a plus.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
