Are you looking to be part of revolutionizing online shopping behaviour and experience? We are a well-esteemed eCommerce company that operates multiple eCommerce websites internationally. We are now looking for potential talent to help us expand our new beauty business worldwide and to build brand awareness and sales revenue.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Manage brand participation and follow-up across yearly campaigns, regional focus campaigns, and brand-specific initiatives
Coordinate with brands to ensure campaign readiness and alignment with overall theme and positioning
Maintain and track campaign calendar at brand level, ensuring accurate execution timelines
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
Prepare performance reports and insights for review
Conduct competitor and market monitoring to identify promotional trends and positioning opportunities
Support Manager in executing strategic branding initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign rollout
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager

Desired Skills and Experience:

Degree holder or above in Marketing/ Business/ eCommerce or related disciplines
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, campaign management, or brand marketing
Experience in Korean branded beauty products will be an advantage
A passion for numbers and strong analytical skills to drive business/ marketing results, transforming data to actionable insight and recommendation
Good communication and strong ability in planning and project management skills, as well as a can-do and positive attitude
Well-organized, detailed minded and able to manage multiple tasks
Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with team and stakeholders to achieve company goals
Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese
