As a MICE Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and delivering exceptional event solutions within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry. This role requires a strong understanding of client needs and the ability to provide tailored services that exceed expectations.

工作内容

As a MICE Account Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Managing and developing key client accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Planning and executing MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) events from concept to completion.
Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored travel and event solutions.
Negotiating with suppliers to secure competitive rates and services for clients.
Monitoring budgets and ensuring cost-effective delivery of client projects.
Identifying opportunities for business growth within existing accounts.
Providing timely and accurate reports to management on account performance and event outcomes.
Staying updated on industry trends to enhance service offerings and maintain a competitive edge.

Proven experience in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry, with a focus on outbound MICE services.
Strong account management and client relationship-building skills.
Excellent organisational and project management capabilities.
