Our client is a public corporation driving Hong Kong's innovation and technology (I&T) ecosystem, is seeking for a Senior Officer, Partnerships to support their operation.
Job Description:
- Provide all-rounded account management and program support to drive commercialisation efforts, with a focus on building a strong construction technology business pipeline with industry stakeholders (developers, main contractors, consultants, and relevant government bodies); supporting both physical and virtual engagement activities (e.g. briefings, roundtables, site visits, demo sessions)
- Support business matching and partnership execution by tracking action items, following up with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth coordination from initial outreach to pilot/project discussions.
- Build and maintain up-to-date working knowledge & understanding of the construction industry (e.g. site operations, safety, project lifecycle, 4s) to better support corporate startup engagement and problem scoping.
- Maintain and update pipeline and account databases (e.g. partner engagement, use cases, pilots, outcomes); prepare regular status updates and dashboards for internal tracking and reporting.
- Conduct desktop research, prepare presentation materials and compile analytic reports.
- Handle overall administrative duties for the team members such as procurement, and documentation preparation for management approvals.
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or other related disciplines
- 3 years of work experience, preferably in partnerships, account management, business development, and/or event management; experience working with construction-related stakeholders (developers, contractors, consultants, suppliers) is a plus.
- A deep understanding of Innovation & Technology industry landscape is a plus
- Background in Construction / Architecture / Engineering is a strong plus (academic or work experience).
- Result-oriented with strong business acumen
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust
- Proactive, outgoing, attention to details and a good team player
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for junior position
- Perform any other duties as assigned
