How you will make an impact:

Support the manager to execute various strategy and operational policies
Monitor day-to-day operations on property management, leasing, and technical services
Supervise on-site staff and monitor their performance
Assist in property handover/takeover, coordinating, fitting-out, and renovation works
Constantly review and monitor the provision of tenant support services
Well communicate and maintain good relationships with owner, clients, contractors and the public
Control the income and expenditure of the building accounts
Provide support to any on-site event/activities
Perform all other duties as assigned by the seniors

What we are looking for:

HKDSE or above, in Property Management or related disciplines
Holder of Security Personnel Permit and QAS Certificate is required
Minimum 4 years’ working experience in management including at least 3 years’ at supervisory level
Self-motivated, service-oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well-versed in computer applications including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
