Senior Security Services Manager - Facility Management

Responsibilities

Responsible for leading the security services team to provide security services for the Bank’s properties and branches and to provide professional security advice to Senior Management in all-round security issue
Develop and formula security policies, guidelines and strategies for the Bank to ensure the daily operations are in accordance with the statutory requirements and the Bank’s standard procedures.
Prepare, monitor and coordinate of budgets for the security related services
Ensure implementation of effective cost control measures on budget control
Handle customer’s complaints
Ensure safety and security of customer in the Bank’s premises
Upkeep the image of the Bank by maintaining proper operation of security services
Act as an advisor providing security advice to senior management
Compile various regular management reports and present audit findings
Ensure adequate resources to support the facilities and services provided to customers
Conduct facility assessments, inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company requirement, rules and regulated requirements of governing authorities
Set up, run and maintain security systems. Identify and prevent hazards, take corrective action and investigate incident
Establish and implement new approaches, systems, structures and methods to facilitate subordinates to manage all related processes and procedures in high quality standards to cope with changes effectively and efficiently
Handle various ad-hoc assignments as assigned by supervisors
Monitor the operations of branch and department to ensure staff have strictly followed the security requirements
Supervise subordinates to perform duties properly and improve the work quality and service level
Develop team members and inspire them to attend respective trainings to improve themselves both personality and professionally
Review operations procedures with reference to security policies and rules
Identify problems and obstacles and develop resourceful solutions proficiently and creatively to ensure the effectiveness of services provided
Streamline operation procedure with reference to the Bank’s policies and rules
Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity; and
Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work

Requirements

University graduate, preferably major in Security; Facility Management; Engineering or equivalent; OR
Preferable 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in Security / Property management in supervisory position cover the following:
Sound knowledge in business operations and able to prepare and interpret financial budgets;
Sound knowledge of Security and Property Management procedures, practices, regulations and legislations;
Familiar with various type security systems / CCTV system
Strong leadership and problem solving skills;
Excellent planning, organizational and project management skills;
Highly independent with ability to interact with multi-cultural teams;
A very good team player with good communication skills and risk awareness;
Working experience with law enforcement is an advantage;
Good PC skills in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communications skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese + Mandarin)
