This position is to

This position is to assist the Head of Partnership & Resources Development
To lead our communications and drive our mission forward.
Responsible for building our brand, engaging the community, and creating campaigns that inspire donations and volunteer support.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the integrated marketing and communications strategy, serving as the guardian of our brand voice and identity across all channels.
Maintain “Food Angel” branding, and reputation in properly ways.
Manage the full digital ecosystem, including website, social platforms, and email marketing, etc.to grow our community and engage key audience segments, such as donors, volunteers, partners, beneficiaries, etc.
Lead all content creation, from newsletters and annual reports to press releases, and digital campaign assets that support fundraising goals.
Drive audience growth and engagement through digital advertising, event promotion, and strategic partnerships with media and influencers.
Collaborate closely with the Service and Operations teams to share authentic stories about the changes and difference we make and create.
Analyze campaign performance and KPIs to provide insights, report on results, and continuously optimize strategies.
Oversee relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
At least 8 years of proven experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably experience within the NGO or social enterprise.
Demonstrated success in managing social media, content creation, and digital campaigns.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing are strong advantage.
Exceptional bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese, how about Putonghua), with the ability to write persuasively and adapt tone for different audiences.
Excellent project management skills, able to handle multi-task effectively and efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, resourceful, and a true team player with high empathy and integrity.
Self-motivated, well organized, detail-minded, good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
Strong leadership, influence management, negotiating and presentation skills.
Passionate in Social Service and highly enthusiastic about environmental protection.
