ASSISTANT LEASING OFFICER - SERVICED APARTMENTS

Executive / Personal Assistant / Customer Service • Full Time • Sham Shui Po, Hong Kong, HK • 3w ago

3 years’ relevant experience in market research, leasing and marketing preferred
Handle leasing matters & mgmt for residential properties / serviced apartments
Good command of spoken Japanese/Korean would be an advantage

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above
3 years’ relevant experience in market research and business development, leasing and marketing preferred
Good time management, interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
Strong initiative and customer orientation
Proficient in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

Responsibilities:

Handle daily leasing matters and management for residential properties or serviced apartments
Build good relationship with tenants through providing quality services
Conduct market research and promote the brand of our residential properties and services
