Job Description

As an Internal Audit Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive audits of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Identifying and analyzing potential risks and providing recommendations to mitigate them.
Preparing detailed audit reports and presenting findings to senior management.
Ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Collaborating with the accounting and finance departments to streamline audit processes.
Staying updated on changes in regulations and industry standards within the retail sector.
Assisting in the development and implementation of improved auditing strategies and processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Auditor should have:

A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Professional qualifications such as CPA or equivalent are preferred.
Strong knowledge of auditing standards and financial regulations, particularly within the retail industry.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial auditing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and report-writing skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Frequently Travel (around 40-50%) is required
